Welcome to Moon Zoo Whychtwel89! You have found a landslide flowing down the Sculptured Hills into the Taurus-Littrow Valley. Something dislodged some brighter, reflective material which spread and slid down the hills. The high Sun really picks out the reflective material and it does look quite spectacular. It could have been caused by an impact or maybe a Moonquake. There is more information in this LROC News article.
