That looks more line Ina to me?

Do you mean they are Ina-like or the actual Ina formation?

The Ina formation is at coordinates Latitude: 18.65, Longitude: 5.30

And these notches seem to be raised whereas the higher albedo material from Ina has "sunk".

Elevated lava deposits from an impact / eruption? perhaps the thing to do would be to examine the nearby areas for any vents / suspected vents?
