It does look suspicious....but I think it's a boulder! The real spacecraft are quite tiny in most images. More here. But I think there are a couple of Russian spacecraft still to locate.

IDK what it is, area seems to be no fit to any spacecraft, but - different color from terrain and long shadows...

Well done! Now we have 3. Apollo 12, 17 and Luna 24. Maybe we should have all the positive finds in their own thread? Let us know what you think everyone - might make them easier to find and enjoy! :)

I had just done a few dozen images in a row and was seeing a lot mostly nothing, then this popped up with the two white bits on the left side of the image.  Probably nothing, but I thought I'd ask, as they didn't really look like anything else I'd been looking at today.  The one higher on the image intrigues me the most.  The larger one looks more likely to be a boulder.  To untrained eyes, anyway.

Not sure if that is a spacecraft or not but the coordinates put it in Mare Crisium (Sea of Crises) and the only spacecraft near there is Luna 24.

Thing, you are all over these spacecraft sites and it takes a lot of work I am sure.   ;D

Are you plugging in crash site coordinates and then analyzing respective LRO strips?

This particuilar - no, I was just wandering on the strip where I got some favorite frame. I just realised at that moment that all frames in Crater Survey group around landing sites.
I did what you are accusing me in with Luna 20. So what? LROC stripes are big, go try to find something on it   ;D And you still have to find it on "moonzoo.org/examine" window, and you must have some recent or favorite frame in right place or you'll not be able to see right strip. And strips from LROC and on Survey are different in lighting, often rotated, mirrored... I spend 4 hours to find Luna 20 even having pic of landing site from Google search.
You better go other topic and help me to find Luna 18  ;) :P

Check out the little black spot about an inch below dead center.  Probably a boulder, but... are my eyes failing miserably or is its shadow not complete, as if it were something on legs and sunlight was shining through from underneath?  What it actually looks like is a horse standing on the Moon.  Most likely very disappointed in the grazing accomodations.  Very strange image.

Do you mean upper right?  I'm not finding anything to the left, but my eyes are pretty bad.  The object in upper right about one third of the way toward center looks mighty interesting.

By the way, the large crater at 10 o'clock looks very interesting.  Not sure if it's just an result of the light or not, but it looks like it might be loaded with boulders.
