Unusual patch
« on: August 08, 2012, 07:22:33 pm »
Just came across the following in Boulder Wars that caught my attention, checked it out on LROC and found it to be part of a larger patch of a type I haven't come across before.  Could any of you clever people please explain what's caused it? (I'm on a steep learning curve!)  Thanks muchly

Wow interesting thanks, and sorry for posting something that has already been discussed elsewhere, I had a quick look around for something similar before posting, but it would take me forever to read all the threads here  :)

Don't worry too much about reposting something, it's often helpful to have someone else post an earlier find. It makes it easier to verify that it's an actually thing and not someone seeing things.  :D

Yep - it's all good. Sometimes we can look at re-posted find and with more experience can come to a different conclusion.
